摘要
采用实验对比法,探讨压缩性教法的训练效果。结果显示,该教法能缩短学习的进程,使学生迅速、正确地掌握难度技术动作。
In the present paper,the training effect of compression teaching method is discussed by comparative experiments. The results reveal that this teaching method can reduce the period of study, make the students handle the technical movements of difficulty rapidly and correctly.
