高校艺术体操课教学效果的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on Teaching Effect of Modern Rhythmic Gymnastics in Colleges

采用问卷调查和数理统计相结合的研究方法,探讨高校艺术体操课的教学效果。结果表明,学生通过艺术体操课的学习与锻炼,身体素质得到较好发展,掌握了基本的锻炼方法,陶冶了情操。

By questionaire and mathematical statistics,the author studies the teaching effect of modern rhythmic gymnastic classes. The results show that after the students have learnt and practised modern rhythmic gymnastics,their physical fitness woul be improved;they woul handled the basic body -building method and mo Id their temperament.
