摘要
通过理论研究与实践对比分析后发现,目前体操运动中“支撑”与‘悬垂”术语的定义缺乏科学性,不能适应日益发展的理论研究与运动实践的需要。给这两个术语下定义时,应以运动生物力学原理为理论基础,揭示出动作的力学特征。
With the theory study and comparative analysis ,the author finds that thedefinitions of the gymnastic terms--'support'and 'hang' are not scientific and could notmeet the needs of the increasingly developing theory study and sports practice. Thus, the suggestion is given that when the two terms are to be defined, the principles of sports biomechanics should be used as the theoretical basis so that the biomechanical features of movements could bd revealed.
