颅内外动脉狭窄内支架成形术前后短期内血浆同型半胱氨酸的变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的 评价颅内外血管狭窄支架术前后血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的变化。方法 分析25例接受内支架成彤术的颅内外动脉狭窄患者,术后复查血管造影的时间为6~12个月,就术前、术后3天以及造影复查时血浆同型半胱氨酸水平进行分析。结果支架术后3天血浆HCY水平高于术前,(19.67±3.34)μmol/Lvs(16.31±2.44)μmol/L(P〈0.01);术后6~12个月血浆HCY水平分别与术前和术后3天比较,差异均无统计学意史,(18.09±4.25)μmol/Lvs(16.31±2.44)μmol/L,(18.09±4.25)μmol/Lvs(19.67±3.34)μmol/L(P〉0.05)。结论 支架术后短期内血浆HCY水平处于增高状态。 Objective Objective To observe the change of plasma homocysteine(HCY) before and after stentassisted angioplasty of intracranial and extracranial arteries. Methods The level of HCY was determined before and after stent implantation in 25 patients treated with cerebral artery stenting. The change of plasma HCY was analysed be{ore and after stent-assisted angioplasty of intracranial and extracranial arteries. Results The level of HCY three days after stent implatation was higher than that before operation, ( 19.67 ±3.34)μmol/L vs ( 16.31±2.44) μmol/ L (P 〈0.01); There was no difference in the level of HCY between before and 6-12 months', follow-up after stent implantation(18.09±4.25) μmol/L vs (16.31 ± 2. 44) μmol/L( P 〉0.05), and no difference in the level of HCY between three days and 6- 12 months', follow-up after stent implantation, ( 18.09± 4.25) μmol/L vs ( 19.67 ± 3.34) μmol/L( P 〉0.05). Conclusion The level of HCY was increased after stent implantation of intracranial and extracranial arteries.
