摘要 采用25tEAF-VOD+LF-680kg铸锭工艺冶炼0.14%C-0.35%N的奥氏体不锈钢1Mn15Cr17Ni2N。VOD精炼后,[N]为0·040%,[O]为0·0158%;通过LF吹氮45min,吹氮量50m3,分析得出[N]为0·139%,[O]为0·0033%,吹入氮气平均回收率为33·07%。再加入500kg氮化铬(8·60%N)和150kg氮化锰(5·13%N),取样分析[N]为0·35%,[O]为0·0029%,加氮化铬和氮化锰的氮综合回收率为87·41%。 0.14C-0. 35N anstenite stninless steel 1Mn15Cr17Ni2N melted by 25 t EAF - VOD + LF - 680 kg ingot process. [N] was 0.040% and [O] was 0.0158% at end of VOD refining, and the analysis results indicated [N] 0. 139% and [ O ] 0. 003 3% after nitrogen blown for 45 min in LF with blown nitrogen amount 50 ms with blown nitrogen average yield 33. 07%. Then added 500 kg chromium nitride ( 8. 60% N) and 150 kg manganese nitride (5. 13% N), with sampled analysis the [ N ] was 0. 35% and the [ O ] was 0. 002 9%, the comprehensive yield for added chromium nitride and manganese nitride was 87. 41%.
