踺子转体180°前手翻前空翻类动作是跳马项目近几年来开发的一类高难度动作，从当前发展趋势看，此类动作发展潜力很大，将成为新的潮流动作。袁柯霞是我国完成踺子转体180°前手翻屈体前空翻动作质量比较好的运动员。研究她完成此动作的运动学规律及主要技术特征，对有条件发展此类动作的运动员具有理论和实际运用价值。

Looking at the current trend,this kind of movement has great potentialities for expansion and is very likely to be a new model movement.Yuan Kexia is one of the best gymnasts in our country to complete the round-off,flic-flace with 1/2 turn(180°) on,-piked 11/2 salto forward off movement. In this article the kinesiological pattern for her to complete this movement and the main technical characteristics were analysed,which might have theoretical and practical values for other gymnasts who are capable of developing this sort of movement.
