走步式跳远空中技术动作对助跑后几步速度的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Walk-in-air Skilled Movements on the Speed of the Latter Strides of the Approach Run

摘要 从走步式跳远空中技术动作入手来实现加快跳远助跑最后几步水平速度。经过几个月的训练实验研究,分别对实验组和对照组运动员助跑最后几步水平速度及利用率,影响因素和专项运动成绩等进行了比较,结果表明,改学走步式跳远能够有效地加快助跑最后几步的水平速度,并且明显提高专项运动成绩。 To accelerate the horizontal speed of the latter strides of the broad jump approach,one has to start with the learning of walk-in -air skilled movements. During experimental researches on training for 11months the athletes' horizontal speed of the latter strides of the approach,their utilization ratio,the influence factors and the specific training results were compared between the experimental group and the control group,respectively. It was indicated that learning the walk-in-air effectively accelerated the horizontal speed of the latter strides of the approach,and remarkably improved the specific training results.
