National Information Infrastructure and Holographic Retrieval

本文在考察信息检索进化史的基础上，提出了全息检索的全新概念，并对其发展必然性、定义、特征及要解决的问题等逐一作了明确的论述。

In this paper, based on the study of the evolution history of information retrieval, a new concept-Holographic Retrieval is given, and its necessity, definition, features and some problems need to be solved have been discussed explicitly.
