新疆塔城地区额敏县红花的品质研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的筛选出新疆塔城地区额敏县红花中羟基红花黄色素A(HSYA)含量高的品种,考察影响红花品质的因素。方法采用C18柱,以甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液(26∶2∶72)为流动相,检测波长为403nm,柱温为25℃,流速为1.0mL/min,测定红花水提液中HSYA的含量。结果新红5号是额敏县主要红花种植品种中HSYA含量最高的品种;红花的最佳采收时间是花开后第3,4天的清晨;贮存时间对红花中HSYA含量有影响,长期贮存会导致红花品质下降。结论品种差异、采集时间和贮存时间都会影响红花的品质。 Objective To screen the superior variety from primary varieties in Emin County, Tacheng Prefecture, Xinjiang, and to study the factors affecting the quality of Carthamus tinctorius L. Methods The content of hydroxy safflower yellow A (HSYA) in Carthamus tinctorius L. was determined by the HPLC method. The Cts - ODS (250 mm× 4. 6 nun) column and methanol - acetonitrile - 0. 07% H2PO4 (26 : 2 : 72) as a mobile phase were used. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detective wavelength was 403 nm. Results The content of HSYA in Xinhong- 5 is the highest. The optimal time to pick safflowers is the morning of the third or forth day after flowering. Storage time can affect the quality of safflowers. Prolonged storage can lead to declining quality of safflowers. Conclusion Varieties difference, collecting time and storage time can affect the quality of Carthamus tinctorius L..
