摘要 目的研究SP850大孔树脂分离纯化虎杖白藜芦醇苷的工艺条件及技术参数。方法以白藜芦醇苷吸附量和解吸率为指标,用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定白藜芦醇苷的含量,选择最佳工艺条件。结果虎杖浓度为0.20g/mL,流速为1BV/h(BV为柱长体积倍数)时,吸附效果较好;用7.5倍量树脂体积的40%乙醇解析效果较好。结论用SP850大孔树脂分离纯化虎杖白藜芦醇苷可行,且具有较好的应用前景。 Objective To study the technological parameters of the purification process of piceid in Polygonum cuspidatum with SP850 macroporcus resin. Methods The static absorption capacity and elutive ratio were used as indexes to select the appropriate technological parameters. Results The static absorption capacity and elutive ratio were good, when the concentration of sophora extract was 0. 20 g/mL, the flow rate was 1 BV/h and the ethanol concentration was 40%. Conclusion SP850 resin has a good effect on the absorption and desorption of piceid from Polygonum cuspidatum.
