顶空气相色谱法测定甲磺酸帕珠沙星中有机溶剂残留量

Headspace GC Determination of Residual Organic Solvents in Pazufloxacin Mesylas

目的建立顶空进样气相色谱法检测甲磺酸帕珠沙星中5种有机溶剂残留量的方法。方法采用顶空程序升温气相色谱法,顶空平衡温度100℃,平衡时间20min,色谱柱为DM-624毛细管柱(30.0m×0.53mm×3.00μm),柱温初始为50℃,保持3min后以20℃/min的速率升温到200℃,保持2min。结果甲醇、乙醇、乙酸乙酯、二氧六环、二甲基甲酰胺5种有机溶剂在该试验条件下可同时测定。结论该法操作简单,结果准确、可靠。

Objective To establish a method for determing the residual organic solvents in pazufloxacin mesylas. Methods The residual organic solvents were quantitatively determined by temperature programmed headspace GC. The capillary column was DM- 624. Results There was a good linear relation in the experimental concentration. Conclusion The proposed method is easily operative and simple, accurate and rapid with good sensitivity.
