摘要
目的建立醋酸泼尼松片的含量测定方法。方法反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC法),日本岛津Shim-packVP-ODS柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(60∶40)为流动相,检测波长为240nm,流速为1.0mL/min,进样量为20μL。结果醋酸泼尼松回归方程为A=5.0939138×107C-1.0496×104,线性范围为0~0.25mg/mL,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.5%,RSD=1.2%,稳定性试验RSD=0.8%。结论RP-HPLC法简单、准确,可用于醋酸泼尼松片的定量分析。
Objective To establish a method for determination of prednisone acetate tablets. Methods RP-HPLC was adopted with Shim-pack VP- ODS Columnas analytical column (250 mm ×4. 6 ram,5 μm),methanol-water (.60:40) as the mobile phase, detecting wavelength was at 240nm. The flow-rate was 1.0mL/min. Results The regression equation with,acetate was A=5.0939138×10^7C-1.0496×10^4. The calibnation curves were linear with a range of 0-0. 25 mg/mL for prednisone acetate, r =0.9999. Average recovery rate was 99.5%, RSD was 1.2%. Stability test RSD was 0. 8%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the determination of prednisone acetate.
