医患关系问题已经成为外科临床工作能否得以顺利开展的关键问题,通过对大连市中心医院2005年1月至2006年5月发生的医疗纠纷进行统计并汇总分析,研究外科临床工作中医患关系的现状和造成医患关系紧张的原因,以求在外科临床工作中维护和改善医患关系,更好地诊治疾病,服务于人民。

At present, doctor- patient relationship makes a key role in surgical clinical works, which may decide the works carrying out successfully. Through the examination of medical disputes in Dalian Center Hospital from January 2005 to May 2006, we investigate the condition of doctor- patient relationship in surgical clinical works; We also analyze the reasons for the tensive state of doctor- patient relationship and the methods to improve it.
