教学查房是以培养医学生为主要目的的临床教学活动,它与医疗查房有着重要区别。三级医师教学查房是我国医学教育的基本模式,目前存在诸多问题,如何使教学查房规范化是大家面临的共同困惑。在临床教学实践中,教学查房规范化是现代化医学教育的迫切要求。

Making the rounds of the wards is a clinical teaching activity whose purpose is to train medical students. It is quite different from that for the purpose of medical treatment. Making the rounds of the wards for teaching by the doctors of the third degree is the basic model of medical education in our country. However it has many problems now. We are facing the confusion of how to standardize making the rounds of the wards for teaching. The standardization of it is urgently required by the modem medical education.
