科技奖励是当今社会促进科技事业发展的重要制度和机制。进一步健全奖励机制,引导科技期刊事业繁荣与发展,是一个值得探讨的重要课题。通过分析科技期刊奖励的基本状况与存在问题,论述了健全奖励机制,完善科技期刊奖励制度的必要性,并提出了对策建议。

It is an important problem which must be resolved to further perfect the encouraging mechanism and lead sci-tech journals to an invigorative development. The necessity of perfecting encouraging mechaism and reward system of sci-tech journals have been discussed by analysis of the present situation and problems. Some suggestions have been made.
