稿件处理的智能决策支持系统研究

A Study on Intellingent Decision Support System to Handle Manuscriopts

本文运用决策支持系统、人工智能与专家系统理论,提出了稿件管理决策支持系统的原理与系统结构,研究了稿件处理全过程的数据管理与操作,以及稿件录用过程中基于知识的推理和决策支持,并探讨了制订论文刊出计划的原理及其数学模型。本项研究有利于促进稿件处理与编辑管理工作朝着智能化方向发展,有利于提高编辑工作效率和决策水平。

Recieved: 1996-01-21 Revised: 1996-04-27 Appling the theory of Decision Support System, Artificial Intelligence and Expert System, this paper presents the principle and system structure of Decision Support System to handle manuscripts. The data management and operation in whole procedure of handling manuscripts, and the knowledge-based inference and decision support in the procedure of accepting manusripts, have been studied in this paper. The principle and mathematical model to schedule the publication for accepted papers have been put forwad, too. It is beneficial for this research to promate the development of knowledgeablization in manuscripts handling and editorial department management, heighten the efficiency of deitorial work and accuracy of decision.
