清官思想与当代中国民主政治关系的研究

Research on the Relationship between the Upright Officer Thought and Contemporary Chinese Democratic Political Relation

“清官”是中国的一个特定的历史概念,在学术界引起广泛地关注,也展开了广泛的讨论,可谓见仁见智。此文主要从清官的基本价值追求及其施政方针当代中国民族后政治的施政方针及其施政方式、方法两个方面作了具体的阐述,并由此得出以下结论:不管是古代阶级社会的“清官”,还是现代民主社会中的优秀执政者,他们的身上都有着为政者的优秀品质。所以,在当今我们应该对清官的优秀品质加以批判继承,而不能一棍子打死。

＂The upright officer＂ is a Chinese specific historical conception. It is widely paid attention to and discussed in the a- cademia. Different people have different views. Based on the officer＇s basic value pursuit and their administrative policies, and the contemporary Chinese democratic polities and administrative policies and ways, this paper concludes that ＂the upright officers＂ in ancient times or in the modem democratic society are all of superior quality. Therefore, we should inherit superior quality critically but not deny the all.
