Study on the Development Strategy of Small Hydropower Industry in Sichuan,China

四川小水电资源的显著优势,将推动四川水电能源基地的建设,也必将成为四川的支柱产业之一。同时,四川小水电面临着良好的发展机遇和外部环境。通过对四川小水电产业的一般环境、特殊环境、产业的优势和劣势等方面的分析,提出四川小水电产业必须走梯级、流域、滚动、综合开发战略和集团化、市场化发展战略。

An obvious advantage of the small hydropowcr resources will promote the construction of hydropower base of Sichuan. And the small hydropowcr will certainly become one of the major industries of Sichuan Province. Moreover, the small hydropowcr industry in Sichuan faces good opportunities for development and external environment. Through analyzing the general environment, special environment, industrial strength and weakness of hydropower industry in Sichuan Province, this paper puts forward the strategy for the development of hydropower industry in Sichuan Province of terracing, valley, rolling, and integrating, and tbe strategy of coUcctivizing.
