摘要
进入20世纪90年代以来,理论界和实践领域在竞争战略制定上面临着一个突出问题,就是如何在剧变动态竞争的条件下,通过有效地实施企业战略管理,保证企业长期、稳定和持续地获得高于平均水平的收益率。运用日益受到重视的企业资源说理论,在掌握中国企业核心资源与竞争力状况下,主要分析了我国企业核心资源的外部制约因素和内部制约因素,并在此基础上提出了对策建议,以寻求在剧变环境下构建企业持续竞争优势的根本途径。
Since 1990s, both academic field and practical circle have faced an outstanding problem -- how to keep the sustainable competitive advantage in the changing world by effectively implementing strategic management of enterprises. Achieving a sustainable competitive advantage allows the firm to earn above-average returns. Based on the enterprise' s core resource and competitiveness in China, this paper analyzes the external and internal restrictive factors and proposes countermeasures for the enterprises to keep the sustainable competitive advantage in the changing word.
