中国R＆D投入趋势研究

Study on Innovation of Medium and Small Entrepreneurial Firms in Beginning of Semiconductor Industry in U.S.

从国际比较与发展趋势来看，中国的Ｒ＆Ｄ经费投入严重不足，对增强经济发展后劲带来潜在的不利因素。为此，中国政府应强化控能力，较大幅度增加财政科技拨款，以保证实现Ｒ＆Ｄ经费到２０００年占ＧＤＰ１．５％的目标。

To study on the law of rechnology and economy of High-tech ingustry, which is the base to make policy correctly to develop Hi-tech industry.Due to the importandt effect of the small entreprenurial company in the early times of developing semi-conductor industry in U.S,this thesis analyses the immovation characters and activities of the small entrepeneurial company;the relationship between big company and small entrepreneutial compahy;the superiority and the shortcoming of the competitive ability of the big company and the inside and outside background and techmological conditions to develop the small innovation company.
