民办高校创新人才培养模式的原则探究

人才培养模式既有普遍性，又有特殊性。民办高校在遵循高校人才培养普遍性规律的基础上，应根据自身定位和民办高校特点构建人才培养模式。民办高校创新人才培养模式，应该遵循效率性、适应性、多样性、兼容性、阶段性、灵活性、创新性、发展性等基本原则。

The mode of talent training is of both universality and particularity. While following the universal law of talent training of institutions of higher learning, non-governmental institutions of higher learning should construct their own mode of talent train- ing in accordance with their own positioning and features. The innovation of non-governmental institutions of higher learning in their mode of talent training must adhere to the basic principles of efficiency, applicability, diversity, compatibility, flexibility, innovativeness and sustainable development in stages.
