On the Reform of Talent Training Mode in Non-governmental Regular University

民办本科高校人才培养模式是制约和影响学校自身发展的重要因素。本文就民办本科高校人才培养模式改革的必要性、改革思路作了理论分析。以黄河科技学院“三统一”人才培养模式的实践作为个案介绍。对民办本科高校的人才培养有一定的启迪。

The talent-training mode in non-governmental regular universities is the important factor that restricts and affects their own development. The paper makes a theoretical analysis of the necessity of the reform for the talent-training mode in non-governmental regular universities, and introduces the ＂three unified＂ talent-training mode in Yellow River Science ＆ Technology Uni- versity as a case, which is of some reference value to other non-governmental regular universities in their talent training.
