摘要
从专业设置、课程体系和教学内容、理论与实践、人格培养等四个角度阐述了黑龙江东方学院“以社会需求和毕业生就业为导向，探索与构建民办普通高校应用性专门人才”的培养模式。
The paper expounds, from the four aspects of the specialties offered, curriculum system, the teaching content including theory and practice and the personalty cultivation, the mode studied and constructed by Heilongjiang Oriental College in training practical and specialized personnel and guided by the social demand and the graduates＇employment.
