My Awareness about Elevating the Developmental Level of Our Non-governmental Institutions of Higher Learning

从我国民办高校发展的态势和地位出发，总结了民办教育发展的基本经验，指出强化学校自身办学实力是提升民办高校发展水平的关键，阐明了笔者的见解。

Starting from the situation and position of the development of our non-governmental institutions of higher learning, the paper sums up the basic experience of the development of non-governmental education, points out that building up their own strength in running school is the key to elevating the developmental level of non-governmental institutions of higher learning, and presents some opinions about elevating the developmental level of non-governmental institutions of higher learning.
