Antiviral Activities and Mechanisms of Polysaccharides from Herbal Medicines

目的:报道中药多糖的抗病毒作用及其作用机制。方法:综述中药来源的多糖抗病毒作用及其机制。结果:近几年研究表明,不同中药来源的多糖具有显著的抗病毒作用,其作用机制主要是通过增强机体细胞免疫功能而实现。结论:由于中药多糖类具有抗病毒活性强、来源广泛、毒副作用低等特点,在医药学领域中有较好的应用前景。

Objectives： To report the antiviral activities and mechanism of polysaecharides from herbal medicines. Methods： To review and summarize the literature of the antiviral activities and mechanism of polysaeeharides from herbal medicines. Results： Some polysaccharides from herbal medicines had significant antiviral activities. The antiviral mechanism of the polysaeeharides was mainly to promote the immune function of the body. Conclusion： Polysaccharides from herbal medicines may have wide and bright future in application in the field of medicine.
