A Comparative Study on Patent strategy among Developed and Developing Countries

本文对发达国家与发展中国家的专利战略进行了比较研究。文章分析了日本、美国专利战略的特点，介绍了发展中国家的专利战略，并对其特点进行了归纳和总结；最后，通过对比研究，提出了我可以借鉴的一些经验。

This paper comparatively compares the patent strategy among the developed and developing countries. Firstly,it analyses the characteristic ofpatent strategy of gapan and U.S.A The 2 edpart introduces the patent strategy of develoing countries and makes conclusions of their features.Finally,it poese some experieces which may be used for reference by our countrytry through comparative study.
