试析大学生义工活动的作用

“义工(Volunteer)”即义务工作,是指任何人志愿贡献个人时间及精神,在不为任何物质报酬的情况下,为改进社会而提供的服务。在很多国家和地区,义工都是相当普遍的,参加义工活动对当代大学生非常重要,文中着重调查分析了长沙民政职业技术学院社会工作系开展义工活动的情况,探讨了大学生义工活动的作用。

＂Volunteers＂ or voluntary work mean any person contribute his time and effort without material reward, in order to improve the provision of social services. In many countries and regions, volunteers are quite common. It is very important for college tudents to participate volunteer.
