印度IT教育考察报告

Report of Investigation on IT Education of India

印度IT业由于政府的大力支持,自上世纪末以来,得到了持续、飞速的发展,成为印度经济的一大重要支柱产业,并在世界软件业中占有较为重要的地位。印度IT业之所以取得如此快速发展,主要原因有政府对教育的大力支持、有丰富的软件人才储备、软件产业聚集度高、产业定位清晰等方面。在软件人才培养方面,印度十分注重软件人才的语言能力培养、素质教育、人才结构、职业教育、质量控制以及软件人才国际化。文中主要通过对印度软件行业发展的特点以及软件行业人才培养的特点的考察分析,来阐述印度IT业发展对我国IT业发展的启示。

As the support of the government, the IT industry of India, from the late former eentuty, has undergone a sustainable and repid development, has been one of pillar industries of Indian economy, and has played an important role in world software industry. There are some main reasons for it like supporting education conducted by governments, ample storage of software talents, high conglomeration of software industry, clearness of industry setting, etc. On the side of cultivating software talents, India focuses on many aspects concerning software talents such as cultivating their language abilities, quality education, talent structure, vocational education, quality control and their internationalization. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the development of Indian software industry and the talent cultivation of its software industry, this paper expands some in spirations on the development of Chinese IT industry from the development of Indian IT industry.
