殡葬行业是一个特殊的服务行业。作者在文中对泉州市殡葬服务产业化的现状、问题和发展趋势进行了探讨,建议以泉州城乡作为殡葬产业化的着眼点,建立城乡殡葬服务产业新格局;建立适应市场需求变化的经营管理机制;建立行业自律和市场监管机制,协调好经营者、消费者及政府之间的关系;努力提高殡葬服务单位的人员素质,以适应殡葬产业化发展的需要。

The profession of funeral and interment is a special service trade. In this paper, the author discusses the status quo, problems and tendency of the industrialization of funeral and interment service of Quanzhou city. In order to meet the development of industrialization of funeral and interment service, it is proposed to set up a new structure of urban and rural funeral and interment service, based on the urban and rural regions of Quanzhou city; to set up a mechanism which should be accustomed to the changes of market; to adjust the relationships among proprietors, consumers and governments; to enhance the qualities of the stuff in funeral and interment service.
