Molecular adsorbent recycling system is a new type of artificialliver support system. We have used it to treat 45 patients＇ severe hepatitis and get good treatment effects. By the nursing practices, we have realized that close observation and meticulous care is very important to improve the treatment effects and to control most of complications.
