摘要
本文简要地讨论了政府信息化单位借鉴CMM模型改进软件生产过程，提高软件质量所需要关注的若干要点。简介了软件过程改进的相关概念和术语。
This paper briefly discusses the measures which organizations with government informationalization adopt to improve the software production process by the CMM model. It also introduces relevant concepts and terminology in improvement of software engineering.
