摘要
讨论了图像阈值分割方法，提出了改进的Bernsen图像分割方法，并用VC＋＋进行了仿真，该方法能够有效实现文本图像的分割，可以有效避免字符的伪影以及断裂，适合汽车牌照图像二值化。
In this article, the author has discussed image threshold value in cutting methods, and has put forward the method of Bemsen image of improvement, and use VC＋＋ emulate, this method can realize text image efficiently to cut the automobile image values of license plate apart, the fake shadow as well as fracture that can avoid character efficiently.
