摘要
我国企业现行薪酬制度存在一些明显的缺陷,已逐渐成为制约企业的发展的“瓶颈”。改革企业现行的“薪酬制度”构建一种切实可行的、公平合理的新型薪酬制度对进一步发挥薪酬职能,具有重要意义。本文的探讨了现代薪酬理论在我国企业管理实践中的应用和对现行制度进行改进的一些建议。
Salary systems in our enterprise have limited development of enterprise because of their distinct defects. It is very important to improve salary functions if current salary systems were reformed and operable, reasonable and new salary systems were created. This paper discusses application of modern salary theories in our enterprise management and provides some adviees on how to improve current system.
