摘要
利用虚拟仪器技术构建了一个点火正时灯测试系统。测试系统硬件由数据采集卡、个人计算机、模拟点火系统、反馈电路等组成。系统界面由虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW设计,测试结果直观地显示在显示器上。系统能模拟实车上的点火信号,实现在脱机状态下对点火正时灯的动态测试。用英国PICO专业汽车示波器ADC212测量,仿真装置绝对误差为±0.18Hz,相对误差为±0.21%;用高性能的发光灯管作为标准测量,反馈装置绝对误差为±0.28Hz,相对误差为±0.34%。
A new ignition timing light measuring system was established by utilizing virtual instrumentation technology for feasibly, quickly, and effectively measuring timing light. The system was composed of a data acquisition (DAQ) card, a personal computer, a feedback circuit, a simulating ignition system and so forth. And the operating interface of the system was designed by LabVIEW, a popular virtual instrumentation software, with direct test results displayed on screen. The system could simulate real ignition signal and test ignition light dynamically with simulating absolute precision of ±0. 18 Hz and relative precision of ±0. 21% and feedback measuring absolute precision of ±0. 28 Hz and relative precision of ±0. 34% by using PICO ADC212 electronic scope and standard LBD.
