摘要
设计了一种可调螺线式排种器,可提高播种机利用率。通过理论分析及性能试验,证明采用可调螺线式排种器后能够施肥、播种通用,且效果能达到一般农业技术要求。当采用可调螺线结构后,制造工艺简单,可使一般的排种器(包括排肥器)在结构设计上简化。
A brand-new planting apparatus-adjustable spire typed planting apparatus has been conceived and designed in order to improve the utilization efficiency of the sowing machines, which made the manuring and sowing machines better serve the agriculture modernization and promote it developing faster. Through theoretical analysis and experiments of its performance, it has been proved that the adoption of adjustable spire typed planting apparatus could satisfy the common use of manure and sowing and the effects could meet the requirements of the general agricultural technology. It is necessary to make the spire typed planting apparatus adjustable. The manufacture and technology became fairly simple after the structure was adopted for adjustable spire typed planting apparatus. The general planting apparatus including manuring apparatus could be greatly improved in the structural design and their structures could be largely simplified, which offered a brand-new measure for the spreading of the manuring and sowing machines.
