铅芯橡胶支座非线性动态特性的显式有限元分析 被引量:11

摘要 本文在分析铅芯橡胶隔震支座力学特性的基础上,提出了采用显式有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA来分析铅芯橡胶支座的非线性动态特性。建立铅芯橡胶支座的FEA(有限元)模型,针对支座中心加竖向荷载和水平向循环往复位移荷载,进行了数值模拟分析,结果表明,利用有限元数值分析的结果与试验曲线基本吻合,从而为确定铅芯橡胶支座的动力分析参数提供计算方法,进而可为设计新型铅芯橡胶支座提供指导。 Based on the analysis of mechanical characteristics of lead-rubber bearings, using explicit finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA to analysis the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of lead-rubber bearings is presented. In this paper, the FEA model of representative samples are established, then the hysteresis loop for lead-rubber bearing in a horizontal cyclic shear under a compressive axial load is simulated. The analytical results are compared with experimental results, and very small differences are found. Thus, The proposed method not only can evaluate the parameters in nonlinear dynamic analysis of bearings, but also useful for design new bearings.
