摘要
《建筑抗震设计规范》GB50011-2001对钢筋混凝土柱小偏心受拉情况做出了钢筋配置的严格规定,但目前现行国家设计标准、设计手册和钢筋混凝土结构教课书均没有关于任意形状乃至矩形截面双向拉弯柱大、小偏心状态的判别方法,致使抗震规范的规定无法执行。本文提出的判别方法填补了此空白,且简便易行。
There is a strict stipulation on the longitudinal reinforcement for the small eccentric tension members in the "Code for Seismic Design of Buildings" GBS0011-2001. But the method to judge a member with arbitrary shape section in small eccentric tension state can not be found in any current national standards, design manuals or textbooks; this situation causes a great difficulty to implement the Code's stipulations. This paper fills this gap. The method presented is simple and practical.
