An Analysis of Judge's Judicial Ability

法官司法能力是指法官运用法律解决和处理各种案件的本领。法官司法能力的内涵即是法官运用法律解决和处理各种案件时应该具有的能力类型,具体包括五个方面的能力。法官司法能力具有五个方面的特征。我国法官司法能力建设的目标应是精英化,即培养和造就“德才兼备”的高素质法官。

Judge judicial ability means that whether the judge has the competence to solve or deal with the different cases. The intention of judge＇s judicial ability is that the judge transports the ability type that should have while solving and dealing with various kinds of cases with the law, concrete ability to include five respects. Judge＇s judicial ability has the characteristics of five respects. The goal of judicial ability construction of the judge in our country should be an elite,namely train and bring up the high-quality judges of ＂having both ability and political integrity＂.
