摘要 用3,3′———二乙基———4,4′———二氨基二苯甲烷(DEDADPM)、均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)和马来酸酐(MA)为原料采取化学亚胺化法合成了具有良好加工性能和耐热性能的聚酰亚胺低聚物.通过红外光谱分析可证实亚胺环已形成.采用活性稀释剂和不饱和聚酯改性该低聚物,热分解温度达490℃以上,拉伸强度提高,韧性得到了较大改善. This article describes the preparation of bismaleimide oligopolymer by chemical imidization method using 3,3'-diethyl-4,4'-diamino diphenyl methane, pyromellitic anhydride and maleic anhydride, with N, N'-dimethyl acetamide in certain conditions. The infrared spectra analysis can confirm the imidization band has formed. When this oligopolymer is modified by cross-linking agents and unsaturated polyester, the thermal decomposition temperature reaches 490 ℃ above, its toughness is improved and its tensile strength is also enhanced greatly.
