随着计算机技术的不断普及,用计算机控制生产过程已越来越引起各行各业的重视。单片机作为最典型的嵌入式系统,已被广泛的应用到各种类型的工业控制中。将单片计算机控制技术应用于生产线上,实现生产过程的自动控制,同时通过对工业现场的生产情况进行监控,达到加强管理、提高产品质量、提高生产效率、降低劳动强度的目的,是当前企业生产控制管理的发展趋势。在乳粉生产过程中乳粉干燥是乳粉生产中一个重要工序,它直接关系着乳粉的成品质量。利用单片机根据排风温度调节变频器的频率控制进奶量,从而来控制乳粉的干燥过程,其控制要比常规的人工控制方便、准确,而且对于提高乳粉的干燥质量、提高劳动生产率具有实际意义。
