摘要
主要分析了Ф400 mm机组原冷床下料机构在设计上存在的问题,介绍了改造的下料机构主体设计思想,优化设计钢管空间运动轨迹,运动轨迹由原来空间往复升降运动变成在一定角度范围内往复回转运动。将外部载荷转化为冷床自身内力消除掉。
It is analyzed that them wero some problems in the design of the pipe discharging mechanism of original cooling bed for φ400 mill unit. The paper introduces the main designing thought of the revamped discharging mechanism that optimizes the movement trace of the pipe in space. The revamped mechanism can rotate progressively at a certain angle instead of the original movement trace reciprocated upward and downward. It changes the external load into the internal force of the cooling bed and gets rid of it.
