摘要
介绍了浙大中控JX-300XDCS系统的结构、特点及在化肥生产中的应用,利用DCS数据实时性强、易于联网的优点,使现场相关工艺参数方便地实现相互调用、比较和分析,可进一步实现全厂资源的优化配置及生产的优化控制。
The structure and characteristics of the JX-300X DCS developed by Zhejiang University was introduced and so was its application in fertilizer production. Having the advantages of real time data from DCS and easy network connection, the locale process parameters can be easily exchanged, compared and analyzed. This facilitates the optimization of resources and production control.
