摘要
介绍了运用模糊控制和反馈控制理论,结合可编程控制和变频控制技术,采用SIEMENS编程软件开发的磁选机自动控制系统。运行实践表明,该系统实现了对磁选机工艺过程参数全面监测与控制,控制效果良好。
This paper designs an automatic control system for magnetic separators, in view of the flaw of magnetic separators based on hand control in china. This system utilizes mainly fuzzy and feedback control theory, combined with the programmable control and the frequency conversion control technology. It is programmed by the software of SIEMENS and designs the touching screen configuration picture, It can comprehensively monitor and control the process parameters of magnetic separators and get good control result through the practice movement.
