摘要
通过对烟台与青岛市部分学校的小学新课程改革进行问卷与访谈,发现已实施五年的小学新课程改革正在经历进展缓慢、进退两难的“高原现象”。本文分析了“高原现象”产生的原因,并提出相应的对策。
This article conducted surveys in some schools of Yantai and Qingdao and found that the new primary school curriculum reform was experiencing a slow progress-the dilemma that is called "plateau phenomenon". The article aims to draw the reasons of plateau phenomenon, and opposing approaches.
