摘要
西北贫困地区中小学教师的流失,已成为制约我国基础教育发展的最大障碍,在现实情况下,要研究西北贫困地区教师的流失,就不能忽略对教师流失意向的研究,只有从源头上对教师的流失加以引导,才能使教师的流动合理化、规范化。
The teacher's run off in poverty-stricken area of northwest, it is the biggest obstacle that restricts the basic educational development of our country, under the social condition.
