This paper analyzed the cause, the basic contents on the ＂Bilingual Education Act＂ and its revision bills, the function of bilingual education development of the United States of America. We thought the substantial development of the bilingual education of the United States America had the benefit of its bilingual education lawmaking. So our bilingual education wants the health development, the acceleration of bilingual education lawmaking is certainly at necessarily line.
