Tuberculum Sellae Meningicma:CT Diagnoses and Differential Diagnoses

目的:研究鞍结节脑膜瘤的CT诊断和鉴别诊断.方法:回顾性分析15例经手术病理证实的鞍结节脑膜瘤CT表现.结果:15例患者中,肿瘤呈等密度3例,稍高密度12例,肿瘤均匀强化者13例,不均匀强化者2例,14例可见脑膜尾征.病理诊断:上皮型脑膜瘤9例,纤维型3例,合体细胞型1例,血管型1例,混合型1例.结论:鞍结节脑膜瘤CT表现具有一定的特征性,了解这些表现,有助于鞍结节脑膜瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断.

Objective： To study the CT diagnoses and differential diagnoses of tuberculum sellae meningioma. Methods： CT features were analyzed retrospectively in 15 cases of tuberculum sellae meningioma verified by operative pathology. Results： On 115 cases of CT images, the tumor were manifested as isodensity in 3 cases and slight hight density in 12 cases. After contrast injection, the tumor showed marked homogenous enhancement in 13 cases, heterogenous enhancement in 2 cases. The dural tail sign on CT images was identified in 14 cases. Pathological diagnosis was as follows： epithelial type in 9, fibrous type in 3, syneytial cell type in 1, hemangiomatous type in 1 and mixed type in 1. Conclusion： Tuberculum sellae meningiomas have certain CT features, which are very helpful to diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
