摘要
探讨研究小肝癌彩色多普勒超声诊断进展.目前超声发展较快的多普勒技术,三维成像技术在消化系领域诊断小肝癌有较大的进展,多普勒技术在显示低速血流和深部组织血流方面己有较高的灵敏性,有助于提高超声对良性病变的鉴别诊断,通过应用声学造影剂等手段,对微小肝癌及癌周卫星结节的诊断研究和判断肿瘤活性等方面,将会有重要的突破.随着仪器的改进,灵敏度的提高,高分辨二维超声结合彩色多普勒超声显像在诊断小肝癌有较大进展,超声引导下细针吸取细胞学诊断能迅速灵活准确地对肝脏肿瘤进行明确诊断.
Rapidly developing Doppler ultrasound technique and 3 - D imaging scanner have been widely applied to the diagnosis for the diseases of digestive system, such as small hepatocellular carcinoma. High sensitivity of Doppler ultrasound examination to blood flow of low speed and deep tissue is helpful to differentiate benign lesion from malignant lesion. Acoustical contrast medium make it possible to study minute hepatocellular carcinoma, satelite tubercle surrounding corpus car cinosus and activity of cancer call. With the improvement of apparatus and the application of 2 - D ultrasound imaging scanner with high resolution combined with color Doppler ultrasonic imaging, the early diagnosis for small hepatocellular carcinoma will also be possible. The early and exact diagnosis for malignant tumor of liver will be reliable through ultrasonically guided fine - needle biopsy of liver.
