摘要
目的探讨双侧微创经皮肾取石术一期治疗双肾铸型结石的临床疗效。方法自2001年7月～2004年5月,采用双侧微创经皮肾取石术一期治疗双肾铸型结石28例。结果总的结石取净率为85.7%(24/28),术中无大的并发症发生。结论双侧微创经皮肾取石术一期治疗双肾铸型结石安全、高效、住院时间缩短,可替代开放手术。
[Objective] To investigate probability and the clinical effect of simultaneous bilateral minimally invasire percutaneous nephrolithotomy （MPCNL） in treating upper urinary tract calculi. [Methods] 28 cases underwent Simultaneous bilateral MPCNL in one session from July 2001 to May 2004 were reviewed. [Results] All cases were successful. The total stone-free rate was 85.7%（48/56）, No severe complication happened. [Conclusions] Simultaneous bilateral MPCNL in treating upper urinary tract calculi is safe, highly effective and of short hospitalization in appropriate patients.
