改良经阴道非脱垂子宫切除术的临床应用

摘要对80例非脱垂子宫良性病变患者行改良阴式子宫全切术,取同期84例经腹手术者进行比较。结果阴式手术组在手术时间、术后恢复等方面明显优于经腹组。认为改良阴式非脱垂子宫切除术具有出血少、创伤小、恢复快等优点,临床应用安全可行。
